A Little Bit About Simon
Human Nutrition BSc (Hons)
Simon Roger is an Exercise and Nutrition Specialist. He gained his BSc (Hons) in Nutrition at London Metropolitan University. He is a REPs Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in phase 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation, with over 20 years of experience in the Health and fitness sector. His two major interests include Strength and conditioning and Special Populations.
Simon’s aim is to drive a greater recognition that fitness professionals can play a huge role in the prevention of long-term chronic conditions. Simon believes with the correct support each person is capable of gaining optimal health and wellbeing through a balance of exercise and nutrition.
A Little Bit About Kelly
Sports Therapy BSc (Hons)
As a Graduate Sports Therapist and Fitness Specialist, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle by providing injury rehabilitation and reducing further risk of injury regardless of your fitness level.
Kelly graduated as a Sports Therapist at the University of Hertfordshire, she ensures that the highest level of conduct is followed when attending to the needs of her clients. Kelly has experience working with children and adults alike, she is also the lead Sports Therapist for Weston RFU providing pitch side assistance as well as follow-up care for the rugby team. Kelly also works with a variety of sporting clients such as professional athletes, long distance runners, swimmers, dancers, free runners and cyclists.
Kelly is also trained as a personal trainer and has 15 years fitness industry experience providing clients with the education and motivation to achieve their desired fitness goals.
